eco Inspired produces Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) and Energy Advice for Domestic properties in Ringwood, Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Salisbury, Ferndown, Fordingbridge, Southampton and surrounding areas.

The introduction of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) is part of an EU strategy to reduce carbon emmissions from buildings. The Energy Survey details key areas such as construction, age, heating, insulation and other areas to calculate an Energy Efficiency rating from A - G. The report also gives details of the envionmental impact of the property.

All buildings in the UK that are newly built, on the market or rented should have an EPC in place as part of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
